Baby nutrition is important for every child. Make sure your baby is acquiring adequate nutrition because it is important for the growth and development. After the birth, there are certain considerations you need to take care of especially when it comes to feeding your little one. Here are a few:

Breastfeeding

Breastfeeding is mandatory as the newborn gets sufficient amount of nutrition with it. Don’t give water and milk formula to your baby when he/she is one breastfeed. Make sure the weight increases and it will if the breastfeeding is given properly.

Bottle feeding

It is another option that comes after breastfeeding. Prefer cow milk over-processed milk for your little one. Make sure you take care of the drinking contamination issue.

Introduction of solids

When your baby turns six months, it is the right age to introduce solid food. This is given as supplement food so that nutrition is provided for the growth and development. This is exciting as well as challenging.

What to feed?

The very first baby food is always cereal with milk. This easily gets digested in the tummy and tastes delicious. Take care of the consistency and try not to add salt or sugar.
